Wedding List User’s Guide Couples Access Wedding Lists are prepared in consultation with Patrick Mavros Internationals' London Store. If you would like a wedding list created for your special event contact Catherine Langdon. If you have had a Wedding List created for you then you will have received a Username and Password. From any page click on the Couples button. This takes you to a secure login page. Enter your Username and Password in the appropriate fields and then click on the Enter button. You will be directed to your personal Wedding List. If you have forgotten your password then click on the Recover Password link. This will prompt you to enter your username (your email address) and your password will then be sent to you at your given email address. Once you have access to your wedding list you will be able to view which gifts have been selected by your guests and any messages they may have left for you. When you are finished viewing the current status of your wedding list click on the logout button. Guest Access If you received a card or email from a bride or groom and have been directed to this website click on the Guests button. This takes you to the Guest Gift Selection area where Step 1 is identifiying the correct couple so that you can access their list. Enter the first name and last name of either the bride or groom in the specified fields. If the system identifies a Wedding List for any couples with the same names - you will see a choice of these names in a box below the main panel. Identify the correct couple from the information supplied and then click on the Proceed button associated with their listing. This takes you to Step 2 where you can see the entire wedding list. The list is divided into a thumbnail image of the gift, the quantity required, the quantity still available to be supplied, the price and the product description. Its possible to find out more about the gift by clicking on the thumbnail image. This opens a new page and directs you to the Patrick Mavros International Online Store where you will see a larger image and in many cases some interesting information about the piece. To select a gift simply add a quantity to the Quantity field and when you are ready click on the Go to Shortlist button. This is Step 3 and takes you to a page showing just the gifts you have chosen and a total of your purchases. You may also go back to the full Wedding List to make changes to your order. Once you are satisfied with your choice of gifts click on the Go to Next Step button. Step 4 - On this page you have an opportunity to add a message to accompany your gift. Its also still possible to go back and review your order. If you wish to do this click on the Back Button and you will return to your Shortlist. If you are ready to complete your order then click on the Checkout button. |
