Each piece is lovingly made by hand in our studios in Zimbabwe and Mauritius, then packaged with the greatest care and shipped to our London flagship emporium.
If you shop at our online store, your order lands on Alexander Mavros’ desk in London and is given to Adam, the emporium manager – and his team – to complete.
They personally select your piece, polish it by hand, wrap it in our signature wrapping paper adorned with silver foil elephants, crown it with a colourful silk bow, hand write the optional gift message and prepare it for shipping.
All with care and sincere thanks for your support. Each owner of a Patrick Mavros piece is part of our wider family so please keep in touch as we love to hear what adventures it gets up to over the years.
We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from us, but if you need to return items to us for a refund or exchange you have 30 days to do so.
Please notify us of your intention to return your order to us by emailing email@example.com and we will generate and e-mail you a complimentary UPS returns label.
All items should be returned new, unused and in original Patrick Mavros packaging.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the card used when placing the order, less any shipping costs, international taxes or import duties incurred. For payments made by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card. It is advised that all items returned are sent using our complimentary returns service via UPS. If you choose to return an item to us via any other provider or a different UPS account, the costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
As the responsibility for international customs duties and local VAT/GST (outside of the EU) lie with the customer, Patrick Mavros are unable to refund any charges incurred upon delivery of the order. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice.
Shipping costs will be refunded for items that are incidentally delivered in a damaged or in a faulty condition and for orders cancelled before dispatch under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR’s).
